There are no limitations imposed on the amount of first class mail sent or received by a resident. In order for the resident to successfully receive the letter or package please follow the following instructions:
All mail must have a name and return address listed on the letter or package. Mail sent without a return address will delay delivery to the resident.
All mail should be addressed to the resident utilizing the facility's address. See example.

All incoming mail will be visually inspected for contraband prior to delivery (without opening the mail).
No mail will be delivered to the resident or allowed to be mailed by the resident if a no contact order is issued by the courts.
If a resident is indigent he/she will be provided postage for two (2) letters a week. Residents are not considered indigent if they have a minimum of $5.00 in their resident account.
