RESIDENT TEXT MESSAGING (AKA CHIRPING)
Residents may be issued a personal texting device once they achieve Level II. Families will receive a funding request by the resident once the texting device has been issued. Once notified, family members will need to go to Inmatesales.com to place funds on the resident's "Chirping" account. Please see below:
