NEOCAP
Northeast Ohio Community Alternative Program

COMMUNITY SERVICE

NEOCAP’s residents are eligible to perform supervised work in the community. NEOCAP work crews engage in unpaid services to nonprofit and governmental agencies in the NEOCAP region; litter pickup, grass cutting and working special events are examples of work conducted daily.

Since opening in October 1997, NEOCAP’s residents have completed well over 208,320 hours of Community Work Service.
