Personnel
STAFF:
Whether delivering the intensive treatment program or providing security, staff are constantly engaged in a therapeutic relationship with residents. Residents are held accountable and responsible for their behavior twenty-four hours a day. Staff maintain a milieu conducive to learning new behaviors so that positive change can occur in the resident population.
HOUSE MODEL:
NEOCAP’s program staff are divided into three separate houses. Their mission is to assure that each and every resident entering NEOCAP receives the individual attention that they need to: adjust to the program, engage in the changing process, and successfully complete the program. This is accomplished through bringing together a team of staff that coordinates and corroborates their efforts and attention on developing a working professional relationship with each and every resident assigned under their house and provide each resident with treatment, guidance, and discipline they need to successfully complete the program.
STAFF CREDENTIALS:
NEOCAP staff have appropriate education, training, and certifications to accomplish NEOCAP’s mission. They include Masters Degrees, Bachelor Degrees, Associate Degrees, Masters of Addictions Counseling, Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, Social Work Licenses, Chemical Dependency Counseling Certification, Special Education Teaching Certification, Police Academy Training Certification and Corrections Officer Academy Training Certification.
