Population Served: Adult, Non-Violent, Felony Offenders
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:         
a. Assist with basic security duties.
b. Assist with case management duties
c. Help maintain case files
d. Observe treatment groups
e. Co-facilitate treatment groups
f. Observe individual counseling sessions
g. Observe assessment processes
h. Score and interpret assessments
 
Specific Opportunities to Learn:    
a. Effective treatment intervention techniques
b. Teamwork
c. Residential Community Corrections
d. The importance of communication and documentation
e. How to work with adult felony offenders
f. Policies and procedures related to various accreditations (ACA, PREA, OMHAS)
 
Preferred Days & Hours of Availability:
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
