Resident Phone System:
NEOCAP has a resident phone system available to all residents for making collect phone calls. Residents may only make calls to those numbers that are on their approved phone list.
Purchasing Phone Talk Time:
Option 1
Family members may place funds on a resident's account by visiting the facility and dropping off cash or money order and requesting it to be placed on his/her account.
(Note: No fee associated with this method of payment.) |
Option 2
Family and friends can visit www.inmatesales.com to deposit funds directly to a resident's phone account. Deposit amounts range from $25.00 to $100.00.
(Note: there is a 20% fee for using a credit card or debit card.) |

Family and friends can call 1-877-998-5678 to deposit funds directly to a resident's phone account. Deposit amounts range from $25.00 to $100.00.

Requesting Reimbursement of Unused Talk Time:
Former residents can request a reimbursement of unused funds by calling Combined Public Communications at 1-877-998-5678.

Anyone experiencing problems with the resident phone system should call Combined Public Communications at 1-877-398-7700 or by emailing support@combinedpublic.com
